Upcoming Nutrition Challenge: May 20 – July 1

The weather is heating up and so are the WODs… that means it’s time for another nutrition challenge at C/S! But get ready because we’re shifting our gears to bring you a program tailor-made to deliver results. How, you ask?
 
Do you ever participate in clean eating challenges only to fall off a few short weeks in? Are you sick of “giving up” whole food groups only to binge on them later when a challenge is over? Do you often wonder how to maximize your eating to enhance your performance and recovery in WODs? Well, we are here to combine everything we’ve seen succeed in the past — eating whole clean foods, hydrating, and sleeping well — with individualized, macronutrient-balanced eating plans to help you be the fittest athlete you can be.
 
We are partnering with our two of our very own seasoned athletes, Clara Nagy and Ian McBane, who have launched Scopic Fitness, a very individualized nutrition program based on your gender, weight and personal goals. Together we have put together a free six-week nutrition challenge from Saturday, May 20, through Saturday July 1, with a brand-new format and lots of tools to help you achieve your aesthetic and performance goals moving into the summer! 
 
We will be holding an information session at the gym complete with Q&A on Tuesday, May 16, at 6:30 p.m. to help explain how it will all work!
