We love having visitors join us during their time in beautiful Sausalito. Please arrive a few minutes before class starts to introduce yourself to the coach and square away any paperwork and payment.  You can find our class schedule here.

on-ramp

On-Ramp

New to Crossfit? No problem. Before you join the group classes we will make sure you have all the tools you need to safely and effectively complete our Workout of the Day (W.O.D.). Our On Ramp is a program designed to teach all the Fundamentals of CrossFit. You will learn most of the movements, lifts, and technique needed to safely and effectively complete our group training sessions. On Ramp can be completed in as little as 3 private sessions and is a requirement for new athletes.

Class

Group Classes

This is the core of our program and is offered Monday through Saturday (view class schedule). Members pay a monthly rate for membership and may attend any group class session that fits within their schedule. You never need to sign up for a specific time or class; you just need to walk through our doors! Every class is led by a CrossFit Sausalito coach through proper warm-up, dynamic and static stretching, mobility drills, strength and skill segments, and the daily Workout of the Day (WOD). Completion of our On-Ramp is a prerequisite for joining our group classes.  We offer discounts for students, teachers, military, and first responders!

If you are interested in a more personalized approach, we also offer one-on-one coaching. Our instruction is tailored to your current needs and goals. We will improve endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. Drop-Ins

We love having visitors join us during their time in Southern Marin! To drop in you must have completed an “On-Ramp” technique program at a certified CrossFit gym and done CrossFit regularly for 3+ months. Email us at info@crossfitsausalito.com to coordinate.
