On-Ramp

Before starting at CrossFit Sausalito, we require all new members to complete our "On-Ramp" course. This course consists of three one-hour personal training sessions with one of our experienced coaches. The primary focus is to introduce you to key barbell movements like the deadlift, back squat, overhead press, clean & jerk, and more. Additionally, you'll learn various supplementary exercises, including kettlebell swings, box jumps, and erg rowing. This program also provides an opportunity for us to assess any previous injuries or movement limitations, ensuring a tailored approach to your training.
