Free Intro Class
Ready to give us a try? We offer free “Intro” CrossFit classes throughout the week. Just send us an e-mail at info@crossfitsausalito.com with your name, a little bit about yourself so we can prepare for your attendance! Please arrive 10 minutes early so that we can meet you and to sign a waiver.
The “Intro” classes easily adjusted and modifiable for athletes of all levels and are different days each week. We’ll let you know which days are best and you’re free to choose. The attending coach will break down all movements and provide athlete-specific modifications so that you are able to fully participate. Our head coach will follow up with you to answer any questions you have and, if you enjoyed your time with us, will help you schedule the next step: On-Ramp, our three-session private beginners’ series!
During On-Ramp, we provide a tour of our facilities, an in-depth chat about your fitness background and goals, a rundown of our program including membership, and pricing. Further into these sessions, our coaches provide you detailed instruction, practice and assistance for all movements and techniques that will prepare you for group class membership.
