What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is an elite fitness regime designed to push athletes to their maximum potential. It is a new and challenging way to stay in shape without having to endure the isolation and monotony of a traditional gym. CrossFit simply reconfigures what is already known to work by employing the fundamental elements of nearly every major training protocol, including gymnastics, calisthenics, power lifting, Olympic weightlifting and endurance training. The emphasis is on constantly varied functional movement patterns, performed at high intensity.
Our program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. For those of us who have submitted to this discipline, the results are undeniable. CrossFit, quite simply, will prepare you for the general challenges of life in a way that no other training program can and in the process help you to redefine what fitness means for yourself.
