CrossFit Group Classes

This is the core of our program and is offered Monday through Saturday (see Class Schedule here).  All classes are open to all members except for our “Advanced” classes, at which attendance must be approved by a CrossFit Sausalito Coach.  Members pay a for monthly membership and may attend any group class session that fits within their schedule. You never need to sign up for a specific time or class, you just need to walk through our doors!  Every single class is in a group setting and is led by a CrossFit Sausalito coach through mobility drills, a skill-based warm-up, and the Workout of the Day. Completion of our 1-on-1 Introductory Session is a pre-requisite for joining our group classes.



Personal Training

If you are interested in a more personalized approach, we also offer one-on-one coaching.  Our instruction is tailored to your current needs and goals.  We will improve endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.  Whether you want to get back into shape or are training for a specific sport, we can help you achieve your fitness goals.  Give us a call to find out more, (415) 331-1179.



Nutrition

At CrossFit Sausalito, we believe that CrossFit and exercise are only a part of the equation.  To truly change your life and achieve real results, establishing a clean eating program is crucial.  We don’t believe in, nor do we prescribe fad diets. Instead we recommend eating real food and a balanced diet: meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.
