Getting Started.

First things first – the only way to begin your training at CrossFit Sausalito is with an INTRO session. These are by appointment only – To schedule you can call us at (415) 331-1179 or email us at info@crossfitsausalito.com

Our INTRO session is a complimentary one-on-one training session during which you’ll get a chance to learn a lot more about our program and actually experience a CrossFit workout for yourself. It is by appointment only and it’s purpose is to help us serve you better by getting to know your goals, expectations, fitness level, and experience.

After you complete the Intro Session, you can choose one of several membership options that give you access to CrossFit Sausalito Elements, classes, private skill lessons, nutrition education, workout journals, challenges, seminars and gym events.


Personal Training.

If you’re interested in a more personalized approach, we also offer one-on-one coaching.  Our instruction is tailored to your current needs and goals.  We will improve endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.  Whether you want to get back into shape or are training for a specific sport, we can help you achieve your fitness goals.  Give us a call to find out more, (415) 331-1179.
