CrossFit Sausalito in Action!

Congratulations to all of the CS Athletes who not only completed the Fran Challenge, but completely shattered their previous times.  Every single athlete improved their Fran time in just two months!!  All of the consistency and hard work paid off.  It was an amazing event with a ton of energy and support, which we have now come to expect from our amazing community. Watch the video and have a look into what CS is all about.  Great work everyone!!

As a reminder, we will be closed this Monday for July 4th an will resume classes on Tuesday as normally scheduled.  Have fun and safe holiday weekend.

Congratulations to everybody who participated in the “Helen” Challenge and to our athletes who didn’t participate in the entire challenge but came out for a nice Saturday of “Helen”.  The challenge was to keep showing up and working hard for 8 weeks in order to improve on their last “Helen” time and all of our athletes not only improved, but significantly improved on their last bout with “Helen”.  GREAT JOB!!

I want to give a special shout out to the top times of the day:  Gwen Rose with a time of 11:54 Rx’D & Phil Kerr with a time of 8:45 Rx’D and our two most improved athletes:  Courtney Crane who went up to the blue band from the green and still improved her time by 30 seconds & Thomas Liblin who improved by an incredible 4 Minutes (basically knocking off an entire round from his previous time, AMAZING)!!!!

Thank you all for participating and making the event a success!  I am amazed each time we do this with the support and camaraderie of our community.  You guys are amazing!  Keep up the hard work and the results will continue to come.
