Box Jumping is a great way to develop explosive power in the hips and the legs whether its more reps with shorter boxes or finding your box jump max with a higher box. This explosive power will help you in so many aspects of CrossFit (cleans, squats, sprinting, etc.) and of course in life. In the next couple of days we will try to find everybody’s max-height box jump. Get your jumping shoes on.
